- The Villa is available for nightly, weekly or monthly rental.
- The Villa can sleep 8 people comfortably (6 in the main Villa, plus the 3rd Bedroom Suite can be rented to sleep 2 more guests).

Week Day Rental Rate (Sunday – Thursday Nights):
$175.00 per night for 1 to 4 guests.
+ $10 per night for 5 guests OR $20 per night for 6 guests.
Need to sleep 7 or 8 guests? Add the 3rd Bedroom & Bathroom Suite for an additional $100.00 per night.
Weekend Rental Rate (Friday & Saturday Nights):
$200.00 per night for 1 to 4 guests.
+ $10 per night for 5 guests OR $20 per night for 6 guests.
Need to sleep 7 or 8 guests? Add the 3rd Bedroom & Bathroom Suite for an additional $100.00 per night.
Weekly Rental Rates
$950.00 per week for up to 4 guests. A week is 7 days and 6 nights.
+ $10 per night for 5 guests OR $20 per night for 6 guests.
Need to sleep 7 or 8 guests? Add the 3rd Bedroom & Bathroom Suite for an additional $100.00 per night.
Monthly Rental Rates
$2,850.00 per month for up to 4 guests. A month is 28 days and 27 nights.
+ $10 per night for 5 guests OR $20 per night for 6 guests.
Need to sleep 7 or 8 guests? Add the 3rd Bedroom & Bathroom Suite for an additional $100.00 per night.
* Additional Fees, Terms and Policies:
- There is an additional $25.00 Booking Fee per reservation.
- Prices do not include 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax
- Reservations must be secured with a credit card or cash.
- Security deposit of $150.00 required.
- Pets are allowed – $25.00 extra per stay.
- No Smoking allowed in the Villa.
- Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled two days or more before your stay, otherwise no refund.
